Developing a deeper understanding of the body helps me develop a language of mark making transferable to all areas of my art practice, as well as being an absolute joy. I love finding the energy and essence of the human body in all its wonderful forms. Here is a selection of quick sketches and longer poses, some of which may form the basis of a more detailed artwork.
